Madrague: it is the rose-red of Mediterranean laurels, of a symbolic place, a refuge beach for a female icon of French cinema of the "sixties".
While De Boissy wanted to pay tribute to healthcare workers and draw inspiration for its bags from the shape of the traditional leather doctor's bag, the look of the Madrague bags is a clear departure from the usual classicism. De Boissy has opted for elegance, trendiness, and modernity. And yet, they were designed to be "ultra-practical," to be the best ally for healthcare professionals during their home visits or in institutional settings.
The large main interior compartment includes 6 pockets, 2 removable Velcro dividers, and 1 padded laptop compartment. With a very large two-way zippered opening, it provides easy access to diagnostic instruments and medical supplies.
This space also includes two detachable compartments (with Velcro): one transparent for quick identification of contents, and one insulated compartment, supplied with a reusable cold gel pack, for storing up to 20 ampoules. There's also a carabiner for, for example, grouping the keys of patients visited daily, and even an elastic loop to hold a bottle or flask upright.
The front pocket (40x20 cm) opens completely with 2 zipped mesh storage compartments and 2 flat pockets on one side, and several elastic loops on the other side allow for storing small medical supplies: tweezers, scissors, penlight, thermometer, bandages, pens, etc.
Three external zipped pockets, one for A4 documents and another on the side with an elastic band to hold a bottle of hand sanitizer, keeping it easily accessible at all times.
One detachable pouch, with a grained leather look, allows you to personalize your bag (printed decorative pouch sold separately).
An external USB port with an integrated charging cable allows you to connect a backup battery and never run out of power on your phone, or forget your charger at a patient's house.
