The wound must be completely covered by the hydrocolloid dressing (central part, cream to ochre in color).\u003c\/li\u003e\n\n\u003cli\u003e Remove the second wing by carefully smoothing and pressing the edges of the dressing to increase adhesion.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\n\n\u003c\/ol\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003e The dressing should not remain in place for more than 2 to 3 days; it should be removed if it has not come off on its own. Change the dressing according to the instructions.
