If necessary, cut the tulle to the desired size using clean and disinfected scissors, then cover it with a secondary dressing such as a sterile URGO compress held in place by an elastic bandage such as Nylexfix or an adhesive bandage such as Urgopore®.\u003cbr\u003e 7. Using a cream beforehand is unnecessary.\u003cbr\u003e 8.
